Stuffed Potatoes with Beans and Tomatoes

Pierce the potatoes with a fork in several places and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 1–1¹⁄₂ hours. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add beans, chopped tomatoes, paprika and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add water and soy sauce, stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
Make a cut in the baked potato for the filling. Fill the potatoes with beans. Sprinkle with finely chopped green onions before serving.
