Pork tenderloin baked with honey sauce

Ingredients
- Salt ½ tsp spoons
- Ground black pepper ½ tsp spoons
- Dried garlic ½ tsp spoons
- Smoked paprika ½ tsp spoons
- Pork tenderloin 1 kg
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Apple cider or wine vinegar 3 tbsp spoons
- Soy sauce 1½ tbsp spoons
- Liquid honey 150 g
Cooking method
Combine salt with black pepper, dried garlic and paprika. Rub the pork tenderloin with the mixture.
In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Brown the meat on all sides.
Add fresh chopped garlic there. When it turns golden, add a mixture of vinegar, soy sauce and honey.

In a minute or a half, turn the tenderloin over. Transfer the pan to an oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 20 minutes.
If a suitable pan is not available, the meat and sauce can be transferred to a baking dish.
Transfer the baked tenderloin to a plate, cover with foil and leave for 5-8 minutes.
Return the pan and sauce to the stove. Leave on medium heat for 3 minutes. Serve the meat with the sauce.
