Learn to cook a real English banoffi pie. Fragrant fruit, a layer of thick condensed milk and a cloud of whipped cream on a thin crunchy crust.

Ingredients
- Condensed milk 850 g
- Cookies 220 g
- Butter 6 tbsp. spoons
- Vegetable oil 1 tsp spoon
- Cream with 33% fat content 360 ml
- Sugar 1 tbsp. spoon
- Bananas 3 pieces
- Chocolate to taste
Cooking method
Pour the condensed milk into a baking dish and cover with foil.
Place the milk dish in a deep baking sheet. Pour enough hot water into it until it reaches the middle of the mold.
Place in an oven preheated to 200 ° C and cook for 90 minutes, periodically adding water to a baking sheet.
Cool the resulting boiled condensed milk and beat with a mixer until smooth.
Grind the cookies into crumbs. Melt the butter. Mix these ingredients thoroughly.
Lubricate a round shape with a diameter of 22 cm with vegetable oil.
Place the cookies in the mold. Press the mass to the bottom and sides, trying to form an even layer.
Bake the cake at 180 ° C for 5 minutes. Cool it down.
Spread the boiled condensed milk over the cake, flatten it with a spatula and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Use a mixer to whip the cooled cream and sugar until fluffy. Cut the bananas into slices.
Place the bananas in the condensed milk and top with whipped cream. Sprinkle the grated chocolate over the dessert.
