This simple and quick avocado soup is tender yet piquant. You can serve it with any seafood. For example, with salted salmon or squid.
Pour boiling water over the shrimp and leave for 10 minutes.
Peel the avocados and cucumbers and cut into large slices. Peel and chop the garlic.

Place avocado, cucumber, and garlic in a blender. Add yogurt, salt and pepper to taste. Grind.
Dilute the resulting puree with mineral water to the desired consistency.
