Fish burgers according to the recipe of the famous chef are delicious and juicy. Spicy tartar sauce gives its own flavor.
Cut the fish into small pieces, salt. Dip each bite in flour, then dip in a beaten egg with milk.
Dip in breadcrumbs and fry in a well-heated skillet with butter.

Cut the buns in half, place them on a baking sheet, cut up and brown in the oven.
Collect burgers. Place the sauce, a slice of fish and lettuce on the bottom half of the bun. Close with the remaining half.
