Fish cakes with cauliflower

Fish cakes with cauliflower are soft and juicy. Top them up with your favorite sauce and enjoy the vibrant flavor.
Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences, cut the potatoes into small pieces.
Boil vegetables in lightly salted water until soft, about 10 minutes. Drain all liquid.
Chop potatoes and cauliflower so that small pieces remain, do not turn into mashed potatoes.
Combine the broth with wine and water. Add thyme sprigs, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Boil the fish for 5-7 minutes, then cool and disassemble into small pieces.
Combine vegetables with fish, eggs, bread crumbs, chopped herbs, salt and pepper. Add olive oil, stir again and let sit for 10 minutes.
If the mixture is too sticky, add some more bread crumbs.
Divide the resulting mass into 8-10 approximately equal parts and form cutlets.
If you want a crispy crust, roll the patties in the breadcrumbs before sautéing.
In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Fry the patties for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until they are browned.
