Crispy broccoli burgers are good hot or cold. An ideal addition to them is sour cream sauce.
Dip broccoli inflorescences in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Don't cook them too much.
If using frozen broccoli, do not thaw it before boiling.
Cut broccoli into small pieces. Combine with finely grated cheese, minced garlic, mustard, egg, flour, salt and pepper.
Form small patties and roll in breadcrumbs.
Instead of breadcrumbs, you can use flour.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Fry the patties for a few minutes on each side until they are well browned.
