Yeast donuts with jam

Soft, airy and ruddy. Fill yeast donuts with your favorite jam and sprinkle with powdered sugar. A delicious dessert that everyone will love.

Ingredients
- Flour 500 g
- Powdered sugar 60 g + for sprinkling
- Dry fast-acting yeast 3 tsp spoons
- Salt 1 pinch
- Butter 100 g
- Chicken yolks 3 pieces
- Milk 250 ml
- Vegetable oil 1 500 ml + for lubrication
- Fruit or berry jam 300 g
Cooking method
Combine flour with sugar, yeast and salt in a bowl.
Melt the butter in a water bath and cool.
Add butter to dry ingredients along with yolks and warm milk. Knead a soft dough.
Put it in a bowl greased with vegetable oil, cover with a film or napkin and leave for an hour and a half at room temperature.
Knead the dough lightly and roll it into a layer about 1 cm thick. Let it rest for 2-4 minutes.
Cut round pieces from the dough with a diameter of 7-8 cm. Cover with a napkin and let sit for 30 minutes.

In a deep skillet or saucepan, heat oil over medium heat.
Depending on the size of the cookware, you may need a little more or less oil.
Lay out several pieces so that they do not touch each other. Fry for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Put the finished donuts on paper towels and leave for a few minutes.
Take one donut and make a small cut in the side. Squeeze the jam inside with a cooking bag. Fill the rest of the donuts in the same way.
Sprinkle the jam donuts with icing sugar before serving.
