Egg and turkey sandwiches

Try the mouth-watering sandwiches with aromatic baked turkey, cheese and fresh cucumbers. A great option for a hearty snack or breakfast.

Ingredients
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Dried herbs to taste
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Turkey fillet 500 g
- Eggs 4 pieces
- Medium cucumbers 3-4 pieces
- Cheese 200 g
- Toast bread several slices
- Mayonnaise to taste
Cooking method
In a bowl, combine salt, pepper, any dried herbs (such as Provence), finely chopped garlic, and oil.
Brush the fillets thoroughly with the mixture. Wrap in foil and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool it down.

Hard boil the eggs, cool and peel. Cut the eggs and cucumbers into slices and the turkey and cheese into thin slices.

Collect sandwiches. To do this, take a slice of toast bread. Lightly brush with mayonnaise on one side. Add egg, turkey, cucumber and cheese. Cover with a second slice of bread.
