Turkey escalopes made by the famous chef Gordon Ramsay are delicious, aromatic and juicy. Try it!
Using a blender, combine softened butter, garlic, dill, tarragon and grated lemon zest. Add some salt and pepper. Place the oil in the refrigerator.
Prepare the batter. To do this, lightly beat the egg, milk and flour. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour the breadcrumbs into a separate bowl.
Cut the turkey fillet into slices about 1 centimeter thick. Salt a little and beat off.
Place butter and herbs on half of each layer, leaving 1¹⁄₂ centimeter around the edge. Cover with the other half. Grease the edges with batter and seal.
Dip each escalope in batter, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in oil until tender.
