Turkey stewed with zucchini and potatoes

Delicate turkey cooked with zucchini and other vegetables turns out to be incredibly appetizing. Be sure to appreciate the taste of this simple dish.

Ingredients
- Turkey fillet 650 g
- Potatoes 4-5 pieces
- Zucchini 1 piece
- Sweet peppers 1-2 pieces
- Tomatoes 1-2 pieces
- Carrots 1 piece
- Onions 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Chicken broth or water 350 ml
- Greens to taste

Cut the turkey, potatoes, courgette, peppers and tomatoes into medium-sized pieces. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Chop the onion and garlic.
You can remove the skin from the tomatoes first. To do this, dip them in boiling water for a minute, and then clean them. This will make the skin come off easier.
In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Lightly brown the turkey on all sides. Season with salt and pepper.
Add onions with carrots and garlic to the poultry, and after 2-3 minutes add potatoes with zucchini, tomatoes and peppers. Cook, stirring, for the same amount.
Pour everything with broth, bring to a boil, cover and leave on moderate heat for 20-30 minutes.
Sprinkle with herbs before serving.
