Prepare a stewed turkey fillet for lunch with a delicate sour cream, mustard and garlic sauce. It will turn out to be very aromatic and tasty.
Cut the turkey fillet into small or medium pieces, the onion into quarters or smaller.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the onion for 3-4 minutes. Add the meat and stir fry until the pieces are light on all sides.
Pour some water into the pan, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes.
Combine sour cream with mustard, chopped garlic and chopped herbs.
Add the sauce to the turkey along with the salt and pepper. Cook for another 20 minutes.
