Bake fish, chips and cheese in foil. This dish is very simple and does not require many ingredients, but it turns out delicious and tender.
Cut the fish fillet into portions. Peel and chop the potatoes.
Cut several pieces of foil according to the number of servings. Make boats out of them.
Place the fish on the bottom. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Put potatoes on top, sprinkle with salt. Put some sour cream in each boat.
Place the boats on a baking sheet. Place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 10-20 minutes. Check the potatoes periodically. Serve directly in the foil.
