Chicken roll baked in foil

Appetizing chicken roll, baked in the oven in foil, can be served as a main hot dish with any side dish or as a cold appetizer.

Ingredients
- Chicken breasts on the bone 2-3 pieces
- Chicken thighs 3-4 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Spices to taste
- Water 50 ml
Cooking method
Gently remove the skin from the chicken breasts and thighs.

Separate the meat from the bones and cut into medium sized pieces.
The meat from the breasts can be cut a little larger.
Place all the meat in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, spices and stir. Pour in ice water and mix well again.
Spread one piece of foil on the table and lay two more perpendicularly on it. This will keep the shape better.
Place half of the chicken skin on top of the foil and place half of the fillet on top.
Roll gently into a tight "sausage" and wrap the edges of the foil so that the roll holds its shape.
Spread more foil and make a second roll in the same way.
Bake for 60–70 minutes at 200 ° C.
Serve the roll immediately or cool completely first.
