Chicken roll stuffed with liver, herbs and pepper turns out to be very tasty and tender, especially thanks to baking in foil.
Cut the liver into small pieces. Fry for 4-5 minutes over medium heat with 2-3 tablespoons of butter.
Add chopped herbs and celery. Cook for another minute.
Season with salt, pepper and spices. Remove liver from heat and cool.
Cut the chicken breasts so that they open like a book. Wrap in plastic wrap and beat with a kitchen mallet. Season with salt and pepper.
Place the pieces of liver and pepper on the breast. Wrap in rolls and pack each tightly in foil, placing a lump of butter on top.
If using large peppers, cut them into strips.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 30–35 minutes.
