Add sprats to a classic salad, and the dish will surprise you with a brighter taste and aroma. The vinaigrette with fish turns out to be very appetizing and unusual.
Boil beets in about 2 hours, carrots in 30 minutes, potatoes in 20-25 minutes. Cool and clean.
How much to cook beets and how to speed up the process
Cut the boiled vegetables, onions and cucumbers into approximately equal small cubes.
Drain the oil from the canned fish and lightly mash the sprats with a fork.
Several pieces can be left intact for decoration.
Place everything in a bowl. Add peas, salt and pepper, season with oil. Stir and let sit for 30-60 minutes.
The salad can be garnished with lemon slices, whole sprats, green onions and large pieces of boiled eggs.
