Oatmeal with cheese and poached egg

Make a simple but delicious oatmeal with cheese and a boiled egg for breakfast. The dish turns out to be balanced and very satisfying.

Ingredients
- Long-cooked oatmeal 1 cup
- Water 1 glass
- Milk 1 glass
- Salt to taste
- Cheese 50 g
- Egg 1 piece
- Ground black pepper to taste
Cooking method
Cover the oatmeal with water and milk. Add a pinch of salt and simmer for about 15 minutes.
When the porridge is ready, turn off the heat. Add the grated cheese, mix thoroughly, cover and let it brew.

Boil water in a small saucepan. Add a pinch of salt to it. Break the egg into a cup. Stir the boiling water to create a funnel. Pour the egg into it gently. Cook for about 3 minutes.
If you need to cook several eggs, you need to do this in turn.
How to make perfect poached eggs

Place the oatmeal in a deep bowl. Remove the finished egg with a slotted spoon and place on top. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
