Pasta with mushrooms and zucchini

This simple pasta with fried mushrooms, zucchini and white wine sauce with spicy chili will be incredibly flavorful and satisfying.

Ingredients
- Zucchini 1 piece
- Onions ½ pieces
- Garlic 1 clove
- Fresh mushrooms 200 g
- Olive oil 2 tbsp spoons
- Dry chili 1 pinch
- Pasta 250 g
- Salt to taste
- Dry white wine 30 ml
- Truffle oil 1 tsp spoon
- Parsley 2-3 sprigs
- Parmesan 20 g
Cooking method
Cut the courgette into thin slices, the onion and garlic into small cubes, the mushrooms into small pieces.
Heat olive oil in a skillet. Fry the garlic and chili for 30 seconds, add the onions, zucchini and mushrooms.

Cook everything together over high heat for 3-4 minutes. At this time, boil the pasta in boiling salted water until tender.
How and how much to cook pasta so that they do not stick together
Pour white wine to the vegetables, add truffle oil if desired. Discard the pasta in a colander, saving 5–6 tablespoons of water from cooking.
Add pasta and water to skillet, stir, cook for 1 minute. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan, if desired.
