This simple salad with juicy peaches, fried chicken liver and light honey dressing will pleasantly surprise you with an unusual combination of flavors.
Coarsely chop the liver, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fry in hot oil until tender, 8-10 minutes.
Transfer the finished meat to a plate and cool slightly.
Cut the peaches into wedges. Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands. Grate Parmesan on a fine grater.
Combine olive oil with honey, soy sauce and pepper.
Put the lettuce on a plate and pour over half the dressing. Place the liver and peaches on top.
Drizzle with the remaining dressing and sprinkle with Parmesan.
