Chicken liver salad with oranges looks luxurious, and the preparation is very simple. Juicy citrus flesh, bacon and almonds complement the meat perfectly.
Peel oranges and peel. Cut each slice into 2 or 3 pieces.
Squeeze the juice out of the lemon - two tablespoons are enough. Mix it with butter.
Cut the bacon into pieces no more than 2 cm. Brown in a skillet with butter until translucent. Place on a plate.
