VKontakte launches mail service

"In contact with" announced about the launch of the "VK Mail" service. This is not a replacement for Mail.ru Mail, but a separate tool aimed at a younger audience, the main feature of which is integration with the social network messenger. Authorization is carried out through VK Connect, you can protect your account using two-factor authentication, as well as Touch ID and Face ID.

To protect against unwanted messages, there is an anti-spam system, and each letter has an "unsubscribe" button to refuse to receive mailings. There is also a function of quick replies to messages thanks to the AI-analysis of the contents of the letter.

"VK Mail" allows you to quickly create a mail address with the @ vk.com domain using the short page address. In the application itself, you can customize the design of the box, sort letters by folders (and automatic sorting by topic, and manual settings) and switch between dark and light registration.

When receiving letters from stores, users will have the opportunity to immediately go to the chat with the company to clarify the details of the order, delivery time and other issues. So far, 7 stores support this function, including Ozon, Wildberries and Lamoda, the number of services will gradually increase.
