Samsung has officially announced the new Galaxy M32 5G mid-range smartphone in India. As the name suggests, this is a modification Galaxy M32introduced earlier this summer, but the differences are not limited to support for fifth-generation networks. He received a new design and more powerful filling, but it was not without compromises either.
The smartphone received a 6.5-inch display with HD + resolution, 60 Hz refresh rate and a V-shaped notch for the front camera. For comparison, the standard M32 has a 6.4-inch screen, but with FHD + resolution and a refresh rate of 90 Hz. The resolution of the selfie camera was also sacrificed: here 13 megapixels instead of 20 megapixels.
But the performance of the novelty should increase. It uses a 7nm MediaTek Dimensity 720 processor instead of the 12nm Helio G80 in the M32. In addition, the memory options this time not 4/128 and 6/128 GB, but 6/128 and 8/128 GB. Support for memory cards up to 1 TB is preserved.
At the back is a 4-module main camera with a 48-megapixel main module, 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle, 5-megapixel macro, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The M32 has a 64 Mp + 8 Mp + 2 Mp + 2 Mp camera, the purpose of the modules is the same.
The Galaxy M32 5G runs Android 11 with a proprietary OneUI 3.1 interface on top, and the manufacturer promises 2 years of software updates. The smartphone retained a side fingerprint scanner, but the battery capacity has decreased from 6,000 to 5,000 mAh with support for 15W fast charging.
The smartphone will go on sale in India on September 2 in black and blue colors at a price of Rs 20,999 (≈20 860 rubles) for a model with 6/128 GB of memory, a modification for 8/128 GB was estimated at 22,999 rupees (≈22,840 rubles).
