It is simply impossible to resist a delicate and airy pie with juicy caramelized plums and a delicate aroma of cinnamon.

Ingredients
- Vegetable oil 120 ml + for lubrication
- Butter 45 g
- Brown sugar 110 g
- Cinnamon ¼ tsp spoons
- Cream 1 tsp spoon
- Large plums 4-6 pieces
- Greek yogurt 100 g
- Sugar 200 g
- Eggs 3 pieces
- Flour 180 g
- Salt ½ tsp spoons
- Baking powder 2 tsp spoons
Cooking method
Cover the bottom of the baking dish with parchment and brush with vegetable oil, gripping the sides.

Place the butter in a saucepan and place over a saucepan of boiling water to melt.
Instead of a water bath, you can use a microwave.
Combine melted butter with brown sugar and cinnamon. Put in a water bath for another minute or two. Continue stirring to dissolve the crystals.
Remove the butter / sugar mixture from the heat, stir in the cream and pour into a baking dish.
Remove the seeds from the plums. Leave the pulp in halves or cut into smaller pieces. Place in the mold, cut up.
Mix yogurt with sugar and eggs. Add sifted flour with salt and baking powder, stir.
Pour in the oil and mix well again to get a homogeneous mixture without lumps. Pour the plums with the resulting dough.

Bake the pie 35-40 minutes at 180 ° C.
Check readiness with a toothpick or skewer: it should come out of the cake dry.
Remove the baked goods from the oven, leave for 10-15 minutes, then cover with a dish and gently turn over.
