Crispy zucchini with cheese in the oven

Crispy zucchini with stretching mozzarella on the inside and golden crust with Parmesan on the outside is the perfect snack for cheese lovers.

Ingredients
- Zucchini 3 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Mozzarella 200 g
- Parmesan 25 g
- Breadcrumbs 1 cup
- Paprika ½ tsp spoons
- Ground dried garlic 1 tsp a spoon
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Dried oregano ½ tsp spoons
- Flour 70 g
- Eggs 2 pieces
Cooking method
Preheat oven to 165 ° C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the courgettes into thin long slices, salt and leave for 10-15 minutes.

Cut the mozzarella into thin slices. Grate Parmesan on a fine grater.
Instead of mozzarella, you can use another good melting cheese.
Combine crackers with parmesan, paprika and garlic, add salt and pepper to taste.
Blot the zucchini with a paper towel, sprinkle with oregano and pepper. Beat eggs with a fork and a pinch of salt.
Put the mozzarella on a plate of zucchini, cover the cheese with another piece of vegetable on top. Do the same with the rest of the blanks.
Dip the zucchini in flour, dip in an egg and sprinkle with breadcrumbs on all sides. Place vegetables on a baking sheet.
Bake the zucchini for 25-30 minutes in a preheated oven until golden brown.
