Ingredients
- Butter 120 g
- Sugar 200 g
- Vanillin 1 pinch
- Eggs 3 pieces
- Curd 220 g
- Flour 220 g
- Baking powder 10 g
- Pears 4-5 pieces
- Powdered sugar to taste
Cooking method
Beat the softened butter with a mixer for 5 minutes.
Continuing to stir with a mixer, add sugar in parts and add vanillin.
Add eggs at room temperature in turn, beating thoroughly after each addition.
Put cottage cheese rubbed through a sieve into the mass. Mix well with a mixer.
Pour flour combined with baking powder in two or three passes. Stir the dough with a spatula or spoon. It should be very thick.
Line the baking sheet with parchment and place the dough there. Cut the pears into wedges, removing the cores. Spread them out on top, pressing lightly.

Bake the cake at 180 ° C for about 50 minutes. After cooling, sprinkle it with icing sugar.
To check the readiness, pierce the baked goods with a toothpick: it should come out of it dry.
