Crumble with pears, apples and walnuts

Ruddy crumble with pears, apples and nuts turns out to be extremely tasty, and it is prepared very simply and rather quickly.

Ingredients
- Apples 500 g
- Pears 500 g
- Lemon 1 piece
- Sugar 85 g + 2 tbsp. spoons
- Rosemary 1 sprig
- Walnuts 70-100 g
- Flour 175 g
- Butter 85 g

Peel apples and pears and cut into small pieces. Remove the zest from the lemon with a grater, squeeze the juice from half of the pulp.
The weight of the fruit is indicated already peeled.
Place the apples in a saucepan along with the zest, juice, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and a sprig of rosemary. Cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
Add pears, stir and simmer for another 2-3 minutes. Pour everything into shape and smooth.
Chop the nuts with a knife or in a blender. Add flour, cold butter, diced and sugar. Whisk until fine crumbs are formed. Pour the resulting mixture into the fruit.
Bake the crumble for about 20-25 minutes at 190 ° C.
