Cucumbers with ketchup for the winter

Prepare cucumbers for the winter using this recipe. The workpiece is made unusual and especially tasty by the combination of spicy and sweet-sour notes.

Ingredients
- Cucumbers 2 kg
- Dill umbrellas 4 umbrellas
- Lavrushka 4 leaves
- Black peppercorns 12-16 pieces
- Allspice peas 12-16 pieces
- Horseradish leaves 4 pieces
- Water 1 l
- Salt 2 tbsp. spoons
- Sugar 180 g
- Spicy ketchup 300 g
- Vinegar 9% 100 ml
Cooking method
Rinse the cucumbers and cut on both sides.

Put dill, lavrushka, peppercorns, horseradish leaves and cucumbers in sterilized jars. Pour boiling water over, cover and leave for 15 minutes.
You will need 4 500 ml jars.

Drain the liquid from the jar into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour the cucumbers again and leave for another 10 minutes.
Drain the liquid back into the pot. Stir in salt, sugar and ketchup and then boil. Pour in vinegar, stir and remove from heat.
Pour the marinade into jars and roll up the lids. Turn over, cool under a blanket or blanket, and store in a cool place.
