Xiaomi introduced inexpensive RedmiBook laptops with fast charging

Xiaomi, as part of the next presentation, presented inexpensive RedmiBook Pro and RedmiBook e-learning Edition laptops. They are identical in appearance and in most technical parameters, but differ in the processor. The first has an Intel Core i5-11300H with a frequency of up to 4.4 GHz, and the second has a Core i3-1115G4 up to 4.1 GHz.
Both are equipped with a 15.6-inch FHD anti-glare screen and a 720p webcam. The amount of RAM was 8 GB (DDR4 3200 MHz), and the built-in one can be 256 or 512 GB (NVMe SSD), depending on the version. The built-in battery provides up to 10 hours of battery life. The 65W fast charge recharges 50% energy in 33 minutes and 80% in 53 minutes.
Laptops also feature a large trackpad and a comfortable full-size scissor keyboard with 1.5mm key travel. There is support for Wi-Fi 802.11ac (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) and Bluetooth 5.0. Ports: one USB 2.0, two USB 3.2, one HDMI and Ethernet. Additionally, an SD card reader is provided.
RedmiBook Pro and RedmiBook e-learning Edition will ship with Windows 10 Home and Microsoft Office pre-installed. Both laptops will be able to upgrade to Windows 11. The prices of the devices are as follows:
- RedmiBook e-learning Edition (8 + 256 GB) - 41,999 rupees (≈41,300 rubles);
- RedmiBook e-learning Edition (8 + 512 GB) - 44,999 rupees (≈44,200 rubles);
- RedmiBook Pro (8 + 512 GB) - 49,999 rupees (≈49,100 rubles).
