- Potatoes 300-350 g
- Butter to taste
- Herring 1 piece
- Processed cheese curds 100-150 g
- Green onions 1 bunch
- Lavash 1 piece
- Sour cream or mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp. spoons

Boil the potatoes until tender. Add butter and mash to make a puree. Cool it down.

Butcher the herring and cut the fillets into small pieces. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Chop the onion.
You can use ready-made fillets.

Lavash grease with sour cream and put mashed potatoes on it in an even layer. Spread the herring on top, sprinkle with onions and cheese. Wrap in a roll.
