Lavash roll with chicken and mushrooms

Fragrant greens give this hearty pita roll with chicken and mushrooms a fresh taste, and sour cream makes it very juicy and tender.

Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 250 g
- Salt to taste
- Champignons 300 g
- Onions ½ pieces
- Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Parsley 3-4 sprigs
- Dill 3-4 branches
- Sour cream 150 g
- Lavash 1 piece

Boil the chicken fillet in boiling salted water until tender, cool and chop finely.
How and how much to cook chicken breast
Cut the champignons into slices and the onions into small cubes.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Saute the onions for 3-4 minutes.
Add mushrooms, cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Finely chop the parsley and dill. Combine mushrooms and onions with herbs, chicken and sour cream.
Put the filling on the pita bread and distribute it evenly.
Fold the edges of the pita bread, roll it into a tight roll, wrap it with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
