Lavash roll with eggplant

Prepare an appetizing pita roll with baked eggplants, spicy curd and cheese filling, aromatic herbs and eggs for a snack.

Ingredients
- Eggplant 700 g
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt to taste
- Hops-suneli to taste
- Eggs 3 pieces
- Hard cheese 100 g
- Dill 3-4 branches
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Curd 150 g
- Mayonnaise 3-4 tbsp. spoons
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Lavash 3 pieces
Cooking method
Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
Cut the eggplants into long thin slices, drizzle with vegetable oil and season with salt and suneli hops.
Place vegetables on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until tender. Then cool slightly.

Boil eggs hard-boiled for 10 minutes. Cool and clean.

Grate eggs and cheese on a coarse grater. Chop the dill.
Pass the garlic through a press and mix with cottage cheese and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Lubricate one pita bread with a thin layer of curd mass, spread the cheese and dill evenly on top. Cover with a second pita bread and also brush it with some more cottage cheese.
Put the eggplants on the pita bread, cover them with the last pita bread, brush it with the rest of the cottage cheese and sprinkle with grated eggs.
Roll everything into a tight roll, wrap it in cling film and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
