- Champignons 300 g
- Onions 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. spoons
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Greens 1 small bunch
- Thin lavash 1 piece

Cooking method
Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 25 minutes. Add butter and crush to make a puree.
Cut the mushrooms into small pieces. Chop the onion.
In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat. Fry the onions for 4-5 minutes, add the mushrooms and cook for another 5-6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, mix with mashed potatoes and chopped herbs. Cool it down.
Cut the lavash into two identical pieces. Take one and brush with half of the mushroom puree. Cover with the second part of the pita bread and lay out an even layer of the remaining puree. Roll into a tight roll.
Cut the pita roll into portions. Beat the egg with a pinch of salt.
Heat the remaining vegetable oil over medium heat. Dip the rolls in an egg and fry for a few minutes on each side to brown.
