Greek chicken salad

Delicious Greek salad with chicken, aromatic honey dressing and spicy cheese - perfect for a light dinner or lunch.

Ingredients
- Garlic 1 clove
- Oregano 1 tsp a spoon
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp a spoon
- Olive oil 3 tbsp spoons
- Honey 1 tsp a spoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Chicken breast fillet 350 g
- Sunflower or other oil ½ tbsp. spoons
- Cucumbers 5-6 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes 250 g
- Onions 1 piece
- Lettuce leaves 1 bunch
- Pitted olives 150 g
- Feta 200 g
Cooking method
Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Combine with oregano, lemon juice, olive oil and honey.
Add salt and ground black pepper to the dressing to taste, stir and leave for 15-20 minutes.
Cut the chicken fillet in half lengthways, sprinkle with salt and pepper on both sides.

Heat oil in a skillet. Fry the chicken until tender, 3-4 minutes on each side.
How to tell if a chicken is ready
Cool the chicken and cut into small pieces. Chop the cucumbers into slices. Cut the tomatoes in half.
Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Pick the salad leaves with your hands.
Combine vegetables with salad leaves and olives. Drizzle with the dressing, stir and place on a plate.
Cut the feta into cubes. Top the salad with chicken pieces and cheese.
