Delicious carp on the grill

Carp baked on the grill with sour cream sauce turns out to be especially tender and appetizing. The best side dish for it will be baked vegetables.

Ingredients
- Carp 1 piece
- Small lemons 2 pieces
- Garlic 3-4 cloves
- Vegetable oil 70 ml
- Salt to taste
- Seasoning for fish to taste
- Sour cream 2 tbsp. spoons
Cooking method
Clean the carp, gut, rinse under running water and dry.
On each side of the fish, make several cuts perpendicular to the ridge.
Squeeze juice from one lemon. Pass the garlic through a press or chop with a knife. Mix everything with oil, salt and fish seasoning.
Set aside one or two tablespoons of the marinade, rub the carp with the rest of the mixture and leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Combine the remaining marinade with sour cream and brush over the fish. Place lemon slices inside.
For this recipe ray, use thick sour cream.

Place the carp on a wire rack and grill on the grill for about 15 minutes. Turn over several times during cooking, each time raising the wire rack and grease the fish with sour cream.
