Cabbage rolls in tender mushroom sauce

Try cabbage rolls with rice, meat and mushrooms, baked in a fragrant mushroom sauce. They just can't help but like them.

Ingredients
- Rice 100 g
- Onions 1 piece
- 1 tbsp butter a spoon
- Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Minced pork and beef 500-600 g
- Salt 1 tsp a spoon
- Ground black pepper to taste
- White cabbage 1 head of cabbage
- Champignons 250-300 g
- 2 tbsp butter spoons + for lubrication

- Meat broth 600-700 ml

- Ground black pepper to taste
- Sour cream 3-4 tbsp. spoons

Boil the rice until half cooked in about 15 minutes. Cool it down.
How to cook rice for perfect

Chop the onion and fry in a mixture of two oils for 5 minutes. Add minced meat with rice, salt and pepper, stir and remove from heat.
To make it even tastier, fry the chopped mushrooms for 6-8 minutes and add to the filling.
Cut the stalk of the cabbage. Place the head of cabbage in boiling water for about 3 minutes.
Take out the cabbage and remove the top leaves, which are soft enough. Boil the cabbage again for 3 minutes and remove a few more leaves. Continue until you have taken apart the entire head of cabbage.
When the leaves have cooled slightly, cut off the bottom seals from them. Place the filling on each sheet and roll the cabbage rolls.
Make a sauce. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the chopped onion for 5 minutes, add the chopped mushrooms and cook for another 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add flour and stir. Pour in the broth in a thin stream and continue stirring. After a few minutes, remove the sauce from the heat, season with salt and pepper.
When it has cooled slightly, add sour cream and stir.
Grease a baking dish with butter. Place the cabbage rolls in it with the seam down and fill with the sauce.
Cover the dish with foil or a lid and place in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 45-50 minutes.
