Simple salad with squid and vegetables

This light salad with squid and vegetables will surprise you with a pleasant refreshing taste. Cook it for lunch and dinner, or serve as a snack.

Ingredients
- Squid 600-650 g
- Lemon 1 piece
- Wine vinegar 1 tbsp a spoon
- Olive oil 80 ml
- Garlic 1 piece
- Salt ½ tsp spoons
- Ground black pepper ¼ tsp spoons
- Purple bow 1 piece
- Sweet pepper 1 piece
- Cucumbers 2 pieces
- Carrots 1 piece
- Salad 1 bunch
Cooking method
Peel the squid carcasses and cut into rings a little less than a centimeter wide.
Boil lightly salted water in a saucepan and boil the squid in it for 40-60 seconds. Throw in a colander and rinse with cold water.
Squeeze two tablespoons of lemon juice and mix with vinegar, oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Add the onion, chopped in half rings, and let sit for 5 minutes.
Cut the pepper and cucumbers into thin strips. Grate the carrots on a Korean carrot grater. Pick up the salad.
Place the vegetables along with the squid in a bowl. Season with sauce and stir. Leave the salad in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours and remove it 30 minutes before serving.
