A steak marinated with spirits, gochitsa and garlic and grilled turns out to be incredibly appetizing and aromatic.
On both sides of the steak, cut approximately 3mm deep to form a diamond pattern.
Pass the garlic through a press. Mix with whiskey, mustard, vegetable oil, salt, pepper.
Place the steak in a bag, fill with marinade, tie and refrigerate for 12 hours or 24 hours.
Grill the steak for about 6-7 minutes on each side to achieve a medium heat. In the process, periodically turn the meat and grease with butter.
Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before serving.
