Galaxy S20 users complain about display failure

Samsung Galaxy S20 series smartphone owners complain about unexpected screen failures. The first reports of this problem began to appear in May, and with every week the complaints are increasing. How informs Android Police, most commonly affected by Galaxy S20 + and S20 Ultra users.

In most cases, it all starts with small flashing stripes on the screen, which gradually grow until the entire screen turns white and green. Although the sensor and fingerprint scanner continue to work, it is, of course, impossible to use the device in this state.

On the official Samsung forum moderator offered restart the smartphone in safe mode for a few hours. Judging by the comments, neither this nor the factory reset helps.

It is not yet clear what this is connected with: some victims say that the smartphone could have received physical damage or contact with water, others claim that the display is out of order, although no there was no damage.

Samsung has not yet commented on this situation.
