Raspberry Almond Pie

A pie with raspberries, almonds and a subtle cinnamon flavor is the perfect accompaniment to tea or ice cream. And baking it is not at all difficult.

Ingredients
- Butter 150 g
- Flour 225 g
- Powdered sugar 45 g
- Chicken yolk 1 piece
- Water 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Raspberry 600 g
- Powdered sugar 180 g
- Almond crumbs 85 g
- Self-rising flour 115 g
- Butter 115 g
- Cinnamon 2 tsp spoons
Cooking method
Cut the chilled butter into small pieces and grind with flour. You will end up with a mass that resembles bread crumbs.
Add powdered sugar, yolk and ice water. Quickly knead a soft dough, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
In one bowl, combine raspberries and 150 g of powdered sugar. In the second - almonds, flour, finely chopped and chilled butter, the remaining powder and cinnamon. Pound into crumbs.
Roll the chilled dough into a thin layer and place in a baking dish so that you get small sides.

Place parchment on top of the dough and sprinkle dry beans. Bake for 15 minutes at 190 ° C.
The weight in the form of legumes is needed so that the dough does not lose its shape during cooking.
Remove the parchment and beans and return the tart base to the oven for about 5 minutes.
Place the raspberries on top of the dough and sprinkle with almond crumbs. Bake for another 20-25 minutes.
