Quick pie with cherries on kefir

This amazingly fluffy cherry pie with kefir tastes like pancakes. But you don't have to stand at the stove. Ideal for breakfast or meeting guests.

Ingredients
- Flour 175 g
- Soda 1 tsp a spoon
- Egg 1 piece
- Sugar 50 g
- Kefir 300 ml
- Apple cider vinegar 1 tsp a spoon
- Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Fresh or frozen cherries to taste
- Powdered sugar to taste
Cooking method

First, mix the pre-sifted flour with baking soda.

Beat the egg and granulated sugar separately. If you want to add any perfume, now is the time.

Mix kefir with a little apple cider vinegar. By increasing the acid content of the milk drink in this way, we are guaranteed to extinguish all the added soda. Pour kefir into the egg mass and beat again.

Now is the time to combine dry ingredients with liquids. In the case of pancakes, this should be done without much excitement. It is better not to stir here than to overdo it and end up with a rubbery dough.

Grease a skillet or baking dish with vegetable oil and pour out the dough. Add cherries.
You can replace it with any fresh or frozen fruit, chocolate or candied fruit.

Once all the additions have been laid out, place the pancakes in the oven for 15-18 minutes at 220 ° C.

Serve sprinkled with icing sugar or topped with honey, butter, sour cream, jam.
