Raspberries in their own juice for the winter

Raspberries, harvested in their own juice for the winter, turn out to be fragrant and incredibly tasty. It will be the perfect complement to baked goods and tea.

Ingredients
- Raspberry 1 kg
- Sugar 200 g
Cooking method
Sort out the raspberries and leave only the whole berries.

Pour some raspberries into two sterilized 500 ml jars and sprinkle with sugar. Continue to alternate layers until you are full.
Try to fill the jars to the very top and shake them lightly during the process to seal.
Leave the jars at room temperature for 2-3 hours.
Place a napkin at the bottom of the pot. Put jars in it, cover with lids. Pour in so much warm water that it reaches the hangers of the cans.
After boiling water, leave the pot with jars over low heat for 10 minutes.
Remove the cans from the pot and tighten the lids. Turn over, wrap with a blanket or rug and cool. Store in a dark, clear place.
