Raspberry jam with whole berries

Ingredients
- Raspberry 1 kg
- Sugar 200 ml
- Water 800 g
- Lemon juice 2 tsp spoons
Cooking method
Sort out raspberries, rinse and dry.
Mix sugar with water to dissolve the crystals. Boil and simmer for 3 minutes.
Pour the hot syrup over the berries and leave for 12 hours. Then strain through a fine sieve, transfer the berries back to the pan.
Bring the syrup to a boil again and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Pour the syrup over the raspberries, stir and leave for 5-6 hours.
Drain the liquid again, mix with lemon juice and simmer for 15 minutes. Pour in the berries and stir. Leave it on for 5-6 hours.
Place the jam over medium heat, bring to a boil and simmer for 1 minute.

Pour into sterilized jars, roll up the lids, turn over and cool under a blanket or blanket.
You will end up with two 600 ml jars and have a little left to sample.
