Warm salad with zucchini, young potatoes and fish

Warm salad with baked zucchini turns out to be tasty and aromatic. The dressing of lemon juice, mustard and honey gives a zest.

Ingredients
- Red fish steak 1 piece
- Lemon 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Fish spices to taste
- Young potatoes 200 g
- Small zucchini 1-2 pieces
- Dried basil 1 tsp a spoon
- Olive oil 3-4 tbsp. spoons
- Honey 1 tsp a spoon
- Dijon mustard 1 tsp a spoon
- Garlic 1 clove
- Leafy spinach or other greens 80 g
Cooking method
Sprinkle the fish with ¹⁄₂ tablespoon of lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with fish spices and wrap in foil.
Cut the potatoes into medium slices, the zucchini into slices. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and basil and drizzle with two to three tablespoons of oil.

Place vegetables in a greased dish and fish separately. Bake for about 15-20 minutes at 200 ° C.
The larger the pieces, the longer they will bake. The vegetables should soften and the fish should be cooked through.
Squeeze 2 more tablespoons of juice out of the lemon. Combine with butter, honey, mustard, minced garlic and a pinch of salt.
Place the spinach on a plate. On top of it - potatoes and zucchini. Break the fish into small pieces with a fork and place on top of the vegetables. Drizzle with the dressing and serve immediately.
