Ice cream with bacon and caramel sauce

This ice cream with bacon, salt and sweet sauce will surprise you with a bright and unusual combination of flavors. Try it and see for yourself.

Ingredients
- Water 60 ml
- Sugar 200 g
- Bacon 2 slices
- Ice cream 1 kg
- Salt 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Brown sugar 2 tbsp spoons
- Water 120 ml
- Sugar 200 g
- 2 tbsp butter spoons
- Heavy cream 60 ml
Cooking method
In a saucepan, combine water and sugar and heat over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes.
Remove from heat and transfer liquid to a non-stick baking sheet.
Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown and crispy. Transfer the fat to a separate bowl and place the bacon on the same baking sheet.
Wait until the mass has completely cooled down and hardened. Then divide it into small pieces and grind in a blender.
For the sauce, combine the water and sugar in a saucepan. Cook, stirring occasionally, over high heat, until the color changes to golden brown.
Add butter and cream, stir and remove from heat. Continue stirring for another minute or a half, and then pour into a bowl to cool.

Stir the melted ice cream with salt, brown sugar and bacon. Add some chilled fat left over from the bacon fry, if desired.
Leave some bacon to garnish the ice cream.
Put the ice cream in the freezer for about an hour and a half. Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
