Dried herbs and garlic oil give this potato cheese casserole an amazing flavor. Serve it as a side dish or as a separate dish.
Boil the potatoes in their skins until half cooked. This will take 15–20 minutes. Cool slightly and peel.
Cut the potatoes and tomatoes into slices.
Lubricate the mold with a little oil. Lay out half the potatoes, sprinkle with salt, pepper and some herbs.
Mix the remaining oil with chopped garlic. Spread some of this mixture over the vegetables.
Cover the potatoes with half the tomatoes. Sprinkle with herbs.
Repeat one more layer of potatoes and tomatoes. Sprinkle everything with grated cheese.
Bake at 180 ° C for about 40 minutes.
