Mashed potatoes with cream cheese and sour cream baked in the oven will turn out tender and tasty. A golden brown will give the garnish a very appetizing look.

Ingredients
- Potatoes 1 300 g
- Salt to taste
- Cream cheese 220 g
- Butter 50 g + for lubrication
- Sour cream 120 g
- Milk 120 ml
- Eggs 2 pieces
- Onions ¹⁄₂ – 1 piece
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Greens to taste
Cooking method
Peel the potatoes and cut into not too small cubes.

Put them in a saucepan, cover with cold water and salt. Bring to a boil and cook until soft.
How and how much to cook potatoes
Drain and return the potatoes to the hot pot. Put on low heat for 1-2 minutes to evaporate excess liquid.
In a large bowl, puree the potatoes with a pusher. Stir in softened cream cheese, melted butter, sour cream, milk, lightly beaten eggs, finely chopped onion, salt and pepper. You can add greens.
Beat the resulting mass with a mixer until fluffy.
Oil a baking dish. Put the puree there.
Place in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes. The puree should brown.
