Champignons stuffed with cream cheese

Try stuffed mushrooms with cheese, garlic and herbs. It's hard to resist such a fragrant and incredibly tasty snack.

Ingredients
- Vegetable oil 1-2 tsp spoons
- Champignons 650-700 g
- 2 tbsp butter spoons
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Breadcrumbs 25 g
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Parmesan 50 g
- Cream cheese (cream cheese) 120 g
- Thyme 2-3 sprigs
- Parsley 6-8 sprigs
Cooking method
Preheat oven to 200 ° C. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil.
Remove stems from champignons and chop finely. Place the hats on a baking sheet.
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the mushroom legs for about 5 minutes, until the liquid evaporates from them.
Add chopped garlic and stir for 1 minute.
Add the breadcrumbs and, stirring, cook for 3 minutes until they are slightly browned.
Season with salt and pepper, remove from heat and cool slightly.
Then mix this mixture with half of the finely grated Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, chopped thyme, some of the chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
Spread the filling over the mushroom caps. Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan.
Bake for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley when serving.
