Grated pie with apricots and cottage cheese turns out to be soft, crumbly and deliciously delicious. And cooking it is not at all difficult.

Ingredients
- Flour 400 g
- Salt ⅓ tsp spoons
- Sugar 70 g
- Baking powder 1 tsp a spoon
- Butter 150 g
- Eggs 2 pieces
- Sour cream 125 g
- Vanilla sugar 1 tsp a spoon
- Apricot jam 250 g
- Curd 400 g
- Cornstarch 1 tbsp a spoon
- Apricots 10-12 pieces
- Powdered sugar to taste

Combine sifted flour with salt, sugar, baking powder. Rub chilled butter into the mixture and rub with your hands to make crumbs.
Put the oil in the freezer beforehand.
Separate the yolks from the whites and add to the flour mixture. Knead the dough quickly.
Separate about a third from the dough. Wrap both parts in plastic wrap and leave in the freezer for 50-60 minutes.
Whisk the whites with vanilla sugar. Add the cottage cheese jam and beat with a blender. Add the starch and beat again.
Cut the apricots into quarters or smaller.
Remove most of the dough from the refrigerator and coarsely grate into a baking dish. Flatten.
Spread the curd mass on top of the dough in an even layer, lay out the apricot pieces and lightly press down. Rub the remaining dough on top and flatten.
Bake for about 40–45 minutes at 180 ° C.
Sprinkle the finished cake with icing sugar.
