Pie with apricots and cheese filling

A pie with juicy apricots, cream cheese, crumbly base and almonds turns out to be moderately sweet, tender and incredibly tasty.

Ingredients
- Flour 200 g
- Salt ¼ tsp spoons
- Butter 80 g
- Water 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Almonds 50 g
- Cream cheese 250 g
- Eggs 3 pieces
- Semolina 2 tbsp. spoons
- Sugar 150 g
- Apricots 8-12 pieces
Cooking method

Combine the sifted flour with salt. Add the grated butter and grind everything so that you get small crumbs. Pour in ice water and stir again.
Freeze the butter before rubbing and then lightly coat in flour.
Cover the form with parchment. Pour the mixture into it and spread it evenly over the bottom. Sprinkle with chopped almonds.
Put the mold in the refrigerator while you fill it.

Toss the cheese with eggs, semolina and sugar. Spread the mixture over the base of the cake and flatten. Arrange the apricot halves on top, cut up.
The smaller the apricots, the more you will need.
Bake the pie for about 40–45 minutes at 180 ° C.
