Microsoft told what features and applications will disappear in Windows 11

Windows 11 received there are a lot of improvements in the interface and new functions, but at the same time the system will lose many of the usual tools. The Most Important Microsoft told on the site.

• People applications in the Taskbar.
• Internet Explorer browser - it will be replaced by the new Microsoft Edge browser equipped with IE Mode.

• Applications "News and Interests" on the taskbar - it will be replaced by a widget panel, where there will also be news.
• Brief information about the status on the lock screen and related settings.
• Tablet mode - instead of it, new functions will appear, connected based on the status of the keyboard (connected / disconnected).
• Timeline - Some of the same functionality will be available in Microsoft Edge.
• Wallet Applications.
• "Cortans" at startup and on the taskbar.

Also new devices with Windows 11 will no longer have 3D Viewer, OneNote, Paint 3D and Skype pre-installed. When upgrading older PCs, they will remain unless removed by the user.
